Phil Footling Ice fenders
Dedicated ice fenders simply for united states nutty ice riders. Fenders have contours and shapes for additional strength beyond a normal round fender. They are thick (3/sixteen") for forcefulness and you'll find them stronger than plastic fenders which tend to crack in the cold. Fenders are arched to fit 21" and 19" ice tires. They are 6" broad which allows straight mounting to the forks. Glass fenders are more expensive than plastic but they work better and last longer. Fiberglass is an easy fabric to repair--merely sand-boom the within, layer on new glass, Bondo the outside crack and repaint. Fender come in white simply.
Mounting
Yous will further minimize fender damage with properly designed metallic supports. Use conduit or boxed tubing in triangle mounting patterns. Never use apartment mounting straps-they will wiggle which means stud-to-fender contact…and pffft, your fender is gone.
Front fender $129.
Six mounting points for multiple fastening points. The front end has a 'fork capture pocket' for upside down and conventional forks. This stops the fender from rolling under your wheel and dashing your brains out.
Rear fender $99.
Rear fenders await similar the fronts but without the capture pocket. They have flat sides for many mounting places. They are long so just cutting off what yous don't need.

Starter
Being a flat track guy who rides a Bultaco Astro 360 I accept experienced a 'hard to start' bicycle many more times than I intendance to remember about. And then I decided to exercise something about that. This roller starter is built to get-go your motorcycle and salve your leg. I build these by hand and my machine tools are manual, not CNC. I make these units two at a fourth dimension, and following completion I volition offering them for sale. Some details nigh the starter: Fabricated using 6061 1/4 inch aluminum plate. The rollers I brand by hand using DOM structural tubing with 1/4 wall. The starter motor is directly bulldoze to the front roller and a chain drives the rear roller. The starter motor fits a certain brand of tractor and is a high torque starter.
The unit is powered past a 12V automotive battery (Not INCLUDED) and comes with battery cables, set up to claw up to your battery and run. Includes a human foot switch to activate the starter. I also furnish an aluminum ramp to permit you to curl the rear wheel onto the roller unit. All of the material, hardware and plate is brand new material, every bit is the starter motor. By doing this it enables the cylinder to be accurately machined direct and round. This equates to minimizing ring chatter at high RPM, lower operating temperatures, increased ring life and more horse power.
